I work with individuals of all ages, genders, sexualities, and neurotypes.
My work is inherently intersectional, feminist and LGBTQ+ affirmative. My approach is trauma-informed. I do not diagnose, though I am happy to work 'with' diagnoses. It is my transparent view that all humans experience mental health, and that it is inexplicably entwined with physical health and our relationships. Having a difficult time makes you human, and there are ways I can help you cope and understand. Your lived experience is welcome here.

Where?

Online sessions using Zoom

Sessions are offered online using Zoom. You'll be provided with a custom link to access all of your scheduled sessions.

How does it work?

The therapeutic process

Therapy is a place to explore where you are now, how your history is impacting you, and your values as a path forward. This process can be uncomfortable, challenging, and eye-opening. We will work with the 'growing pains' and adjust support for long-term wellbeing.

When?

Same day/time each week

Sessions are offered Tues/Wed/Thurs between 10:00 am - 4:00 pm. You will be offered a time that works for you to meet weekly to begin.

Therapy requires commitment to trying: not perfection, not full awareness, not unwavering positivity.

If you know you're at a place where things aren't right within yourself, the readiness to begin is all that you need.

I'm Taylor

I'll be with you week-in and week-out of whatever you're going though. You'll have space to be known and seen. There's an inherent steadiness in psychotherapy that arguably many of us haven't had before - this can be a catalyst of change.

It's an honour to learn your story, find patterns with you in your life and history, and to begin seeing paths forward that feel more like YOU.

Therapy allows us to finally arrive, to come home to ourselves.
